Christian Care Center
The Christian Care Center is a walk-in center that serves as a place of acceptance and growth for anyone, starting with a free cup of coffee five days a week.
We provide educational and spiritual growth opportunities. Christian Care oversees Bible study programs throughout the week, plus a budgeting class called "Money Talks," which is co-hosted by Northern Credit Union, and held the last Tuesday of every month from 2 -4 pm. For more details on Money Talks, or to RSVP for an upcoming session (RSVPs are encouraged but not required), click here.
In addition, every third Friday of the month is the Christian Care Café concert series at 7 p.m. with live music, refreshments and snacks at no cost, except a free will offering to help pay our performers. The Cafes are held in the Watertown Urban Mission’s Community Room. There is no need to sign up; simply arrive a few minutes before the start of the event.
So if you’re looking to share in some fellowship, improve your life, or even have the opportunity for prayer and Bible study, stop by for a free cup of coffee, enjoy the company of some great volunteers and be a part of your Watertown Urban Mission’s Christian Care Center!
Matthew 25:35-36: For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
